Overview

At NextStone™, we prioritize the satisfaction of our customers by providing high-quality products and excellent service. However, it is important to note that all NextStone™ products can be returned, provided conditions are met.

Please keep in mind Samples cannot be returned for credit , but a rebate is available upon purchase .

 NextStone Return Policy allows for returns within 30 days of purchase, but please note there is a 25% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. A refund will be issued once the product is returned in good conditions. We highly recommend taking pictures of both the product and box in case the product gets damaged during transit. This will help avoid any issues with the refund and when filing a claim with the freight company.
