Shipping Methods and Lead Times
- Standard Shipping: All standard orders will be processed and shipped within 10-14 business days from the date of order confirmation, subject to product availability.
- Special Orders: Special orders have a lead time of 6-8 weeks. These orders require a 50% payment at the time of order, with the remaining balance due upon shipment.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. You will be provided with a shipping quote when you contact our sales team or place your order.

- Payment Terms: A 50% payment is required at the time of placing a special order. The balance is due at the time of shipment.

Changes and Cancellations
NextStone™ reserves the right to delete or change items in its product line without notice. Orders may be modified or canceled only before they have been processed for shipping. Once an order is in transit, it cannot be canceled.
International Shipping
Currently, NextStone™ ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
